When making these enquiries please note that our sales team need the following details to provide you with an accurate price and lead time.
Product Code and/or description of the product.
Colour of Product
Printing Requirements: How many colours? Is the product to be printed or embossed, engraved or stamped?
Delivery Date Required
Quoting
Once we have these details, our sales team will confirm if we will be able to meet your requirements. We endeavour to respond on the same day, however bespoke products could take a little longer.
Ordering
To place an order, we will need the following information:
An email advising acceptance of the quotation showing the quotation number together with all your contact details,
i.e. company name, contact names, email addresses, telephone numbers, invoice and delivery addresses.
Artwork Requirements (See Separate Web Page for More Detailed Information)
Together with your email order, we need the artwork in the format requested on the quotation.
For spot colour printing, engraving, embossing and foil blocking, please supply a fully vectorised .eps file format.
For full colour printing we require a hi-res jpeg with a minimum 300dpi.
If you do not have your artwork in this format, we can arrange to organise this. P.O.A.
If you wish to match your corporate colouferences.rs, please provide Pantone references.
Terms of Payment
Unless you have an agreed credit account all orders will need to be paid at the time of ordering.
Forms of Payment
We accept payment by credit card, internet bank transfer or cheque; we are unable to accept payment by American Express.
Proof Approval
When we have your confirmed order together with your artwork, and payment terms have been determined, we will send you by email an artwork proof of how you product/s will look.
Please take note of the instructions on the email regarding approval of the proof or to make changes. As soon as we have your final approval, we will commence production of your products.
Please note that your order cannot commence until proof approval has been received. Any delay in receiving your approval may result in the delivery date agreed being compromised.
Delivery
Delivery dates are calculated from artwork approval. If you need to have delivery of your promotional products by a specific date, it is imperative that you advise a member of the sales team
at the time of requesting a quotation in order for us to achieve this date. When the order is completed deliveries go out on a next day basis and are made throughout general office hours 9.a.m.- 5p.m. .
If you wish to have an early morning or pre-noon delivery, these can be arranged at an additional charge.
